Maddy Strickland-Chambliss

Born, raised, and located in St. Louis, Missouri. A special education teacher by day and fulfilling my soul with photography by night.

I am married to my best friend and we have 2 sweet, fur children; our cat Pumpkin and our dog Patch. We eloped to Ireland during the summer of 2022. Corey has been my rock and biggest motivator in chasing this passion.

How I got into photography

I was gifted my first Canon in 2018 before a trip to Europe and sold it quickly after. I have mourned that decision and leaped back into photography in 2021 (best leap EVER). Throughout my life, I have captured photos all over the world and it has created a fire in my soul. I always love capturing moments of my adventures through photos of my family, friends and honestly myself. It has always filled my heart reflecting on photographs of pure and joyful memories.

MY DUTY

As a wedding photographer, being able to capture your happiest days and moments will always be my biggest blessing. I love being your shoulder to lean on, guide, best friend, timekeeper, and hype woman during these big moments. I will walk by your side every step of the way. Secretly... engagements and weddings are my favorite!

As a lifestyle photographer, capturing families brings fulfillment unlike any other. Internally knowing that I'm capturing a specific moment of time for a family; whether it's pregnancy, motherhood, milestones, remembrance, or anything in between, those photos will be cherished for a lifetime.

Nevertheless, I am one loud, loving, and outgoing human who wants to stand by your side, support you, and capture not only your big moments, but all the little moments in between.
